• MAMMOTESTS - COMMUNAUTE FRANCAISE : Le moniteur du 24 mars 2006 a publié un arrêté de la Communauté française consacré au « dépistage du cancer du sein par mammographie ». Cet arrêté entre en vigueur le 1er janvier 2006 ( !).  Après un chapitre concernant le « centre de référence » (ses missions, sa composition et son fonctionnement, l'agrément, les subventions), l'arrêté se penche que les « centres de coordination provinciaux ». Les « Unités de mammographies », décrites dans le chapitre suivant doivent être agréées, « provisoirement » d'abord (pour une durée d'un an). Pour ce faire, elles doivent répondre à des conditions générales d'agrément et avoir satisfait au test d'acceptation concernant le respect des normes physico-techniques décrit par l'arrêté.Elles peuvent ensuite être agréées « définitivement » si, au cours de la période d'agrément « provisoire », elles recueillent en outre un avis favorable concernant le respect des normes médico-radiologiques, elles aussi décrites dans l'arrêté.La mammographie doit être réalisée dans une installation conforme aux normes physico-techniques, selon « le Protocole belge pour le contrôle de qualité des aspects physiques et techniques du dépistage par mammographie » Des normes quantitatives sont prévues, si bien que « Le Ministre fixe, après avis du centre de référence, le nombre minimum de mammotests devant être atteint au terme de l'année par l'unité de mammographie pour conserver son agrément. » cfr.  DEPISTAGE MAMMAIRE - CARC     voir aussi  :  virtuel artefact n°14      virtueel artefact n. 1-14

  • CIJFERS - CHIFFRES :                                                                                                                                                                    

    De cijfers van activiteit MR en CT zijn nu bekend ( ongev. 10% onderschatting ); natuurlijk moeten zij vergeleken worden met de bevolking en de kadaster van de apparaturen.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Les chiffres d'activité  Ct et IRM sont connus ( avec env. 10% de sous-estimation moyenne ) . Ils doivent être comparés à ceux du cadastre des appareillages et de la population.
